#today was big fun. Spent the morning doing annual certification on HIPAA. That’s always a blast, lol. After work I headed to the gym. Haven’t been since my knee replacement, as I’ve been doing physical therapy. Wore myself out and didn’t do all that much, but that’s part of starting over on a fitness routine. Trying to decide if I’m going to do the bike some more or go get Chinese. It’s a coin toss. #myday
