My latest bio for #Wikipedia Asian Month, this time about Djokosoedjono (1909-77), longtime #Indonesian trade union leader and #Communist parliamentarian. He was a political prisoner of the Dutch 1937-45, under Sukarno (briefly twice in 1948 and '51) and later under Suharto post-1965.
I was confused because there was a leftist army officer also called Djokosoedjono who was also involved in the failed Madiun uprising in 1948, and was executed. Different guys!
