I think it’s really worth repeating what Jeff says here at the start.

Nick and TomKaradza (npub1phq…hshp) introducing their group of real estate investors to #bitcoin competes with their business.

But Nick and Tom feel so strongly about it and care so much about the well being of others that they put themselves aside to get this information on Bitcoin out. In my small case and life it’s true, I would have bought more real estate instead of buying Bitcoin.
