Why would I care if Meta platforms change their policies of censorship? Did anyone actually post anything real on those platforms anyway? Why?

A business should be able to decide for itself what policies it uses to police the content it hosts. If facebook only allows rants by crazy cat ladies, and twitter only allows bots to talk to each other in some weird tech theater of human-like conversation, fine!
Thankfully we have the option of choosing a protocol that revolutionizes our ability to journal and converse in the public forum. With time, if it is destined to succeed, it will flourish. The others will fade into insignificance like AOL or MySpace.
