they have been doing it with neoliberalism since 1979 (UK) 1980 (US) and about 1993 (Can) with socialism for the rich/corporate and austerity for the rest of us. It's a class war, and it totally pits us against each other so that they can eliminate anything remotely like solidarity, including family and community .
