I believe that once you understand how dopamine really works, by our current understanding you can make much better movements toward improving your behaviour.

You can’t get dopamine from those activities but rather, those activities are got by dopamine.
This mistake has persisted for over 20+ years and I predict the term dopamine will somehow morph into a figurative term rather a technical one because of its unending misuse.
