I usually bounce back pretty quick, but I have to stay for longer until my BP is stable, but I usually feel bad after, so hubby has to drive me home.
Thank goodness he comes with me now, after that one time I went alone, my BP dropped, and then he had to get a taxi into town to come and drive me and the car home.
