did some more digging. It actually says it's kind30023. So the event is bad. But it's not on my relay. Its coming from somewhere else, which means some implementation isn't checking for dtags right. I also get invalid sigs from time to time, so either I'm not checking the sigs right sometimes or there's a relay out there storing events with bad sigs. AFAIK wheat has really only ever used damus and nos lol. They're both running strfry right? I'll do some more digging to see where its coming from.
