Hi MK!
Perhaps bitcoin doesn't solve that. If someone else has a clever answer, I'd like to hear it too.
Life definitely has its challenges. Being unemployed is a big one. What we always have, employed or unemployed, is our spirit. What do I mean? Well, as I see it, the big challenge for all of us, billionaires or homeless people, is the silencing of the mind... the internal dialogue... that constant thinking that we all have that creates our emotions.
I suppose that I'd suggest becoming good at watching within youself how that happens. Watch the thoughts that you have, positive and negative, but watch with the knowledge that those thoughts are not "you" ... that "you' are HAVING those thoughts.
So if you see yourself having negative thoughts, recognize that that is not you, that it is just negative thinking that 'you' are having.
Then focus on what is positive (like still being alive), and work to trust that solutions to any situation will come to you, and listen to that place in you where they come from. That place, I believe, is the spirit.
The Bible says something like "Thou shall keep him in perfect peace whos mind is stayed on thee." I believe that that means that when we learn to 'listen' and intend the turning off of our thinking mind, that then 'the spirit' comes to us bringing peace.
Yeah, it's very challenging to do, but it IS doable. Start by watching for negative thoughts, and realize that that is all that they are... just negative thoughts... and then drop them and keep listening for that inner voice.
Carlos Castaneda's books have supported me with that. You might listen to the compilation I made of them at:

You can listen to me read my compilation there too.
'Saving' and 'bitcoin' become irrelevant when we learn to intend inner silence!!!
