It’s not obvious, but it’s spreading. I went through this with the Internet in the late 80’s / early 90’s. I think we are about 1992 in terms of adoption, although other Bitcoiners trend towards 1997 as the number of Bitcoin wallets is 130M, which is the same number of Internet users in 1997.
Have you tried traditional social media? Also, even more basic, posters put up on street corners. It might be a lot of work and if you’re running a restaurant that’s already a full time job, but if you have the time and inclination, you can make a difference in your local community.
Also, have you tried the Orangepill app? This might be helpful for organising existing Bitcoiners.
