Shane- I'm watching a Saylor presentation (from 13 years ago) and he is talking about how the electro-mechanical physical terms used to apply, but no longer do. (Physical Books and magazines and physical keys, etc etc in 2011).
And so I thought this might help inspire your thinking of the new terminolgy we need to start using.
