Ah I see that message you are seeing is from Alby! So it probably doesn’t let you transfer all your balance and ask you to keep at least 1% for outbound fees…
You can create a tip with as low as 1 sat but keep in mind that that I’d it’s under 1000 sats we just charge min 10 sats to cover outbound fees
