They aren't losing customers because they lack vegan options. Many places lack vegan options, and simply don't have it on the menu. That's not their demographic, and that's fine. These guys will lose customers because they're anti-vegan, and indulge in hate-mongering. You don't need to say that you hate vegans in order to have no vegan options.
I'm a die-hard meat-eater, and I would walk out that door as soon as I read that menu. Because you don't need to be vegan to be a human being.
