My wife is like that. Left to herself she'll happily come home from work and just read and paint and do antifascist online sleuthing, and not need to go out much. That doesn't mean that she doesn't really enjoy spending time with people, but it does mean that I need to be cognisant that her socialisation energy budget is much smaller than mine.
This meant that she handled the 2020 covid lockdown much better than many people - you may also have had a similar experience.
