games especially on steam at this point just work except in rare cases like some anticheat. see areweanticheatyet.com
blender is FOSS and cross platform so no issue. from the benchmarks i have seen it can even have better performance than on windows. same for qbittorrent.
imo if a company wants you to use a specific OS/PC they should buy, manage and hand it out. security and privacy issues (for you and the company) aside.
