Maybe! I feel as if I have definitely seen GitHub mentioned similar "requirements" before, but if I am receiving more emails with deadlines, I get the feeling that all the multiple factors of authentication I am already using with them, are clearly not sufficient for what they want, even though they exceed 2 factors.
In general I feel as if my general interaction with GitHub currently requires at least four, sometimes five different factors to do anything useful with code checkouts and submitting pull requests.
