It was so they could get Mastercard and Visa back. Honestly since I've already adapted with a vpn it doesn't matter to me.
Overall I'd say this is a win. I can't believe I'd be for region locking but here we are the western normies/puritans/troons are so diseased that I'd rather have it be regionlocked than deal with them trying to destroy the platform.
It just means we're all going to be paying for vpns now.
