Four trips to urgent care, “it’s allergies; it’s a virus,” and two to the ER, “it’s an infection” before someone referred her to a doctor who sent her to another doctor who agreed with her that it was a cerebral fluid leak.

At the top of the story, WaPo quotes her saying “I wish I hadn’t waited three months.” But the whole story is about the fact that she *wasn’t* waiting. She kept going to doctors and they kept telling her not to worry about it.
