Dread. I rarely have it and somehow it has visited with me now for the last 12 hours or so. Different than anxiety, nervousness, depression, worry, agitation or other unwelcome visitors. “Nameless dread” is not this kind, for I have many many names for this visitor and most are not positive and many are profane. Sigh. Hoping my visit to a new GI doctor goes well Tuesday morning and I get some explanations and strategies to stop my chronic pain and recover from my gall bladder surgery.
