Felt a need to get out of the house, missed the sunshine earlier today (fool that I am!), so a nocturnal #allotment trip it is...
I was a bit worried the sudden extreme (relatively speaking) temperature dip will be too much for the winter seedlings we just moved to the polytunnel. It has no doors and thus a large opening either end, so it is little protection from the overnight temperature.
They do seem fine still, but I've popped plastic cloches over most of them now.
The forecast has us shooting back up to double digit highs (and barely under double digit lows) this weekend, these seedlings will be planted out on Saturday I think.
