update: apparently the web design company are going to be sat watching it all day to ensure they can take action when it changes
OK, orrrr, we could just arrange a time in the future, change the TTL so it's likely to happen at that time, then proceed as planned at that time so nobody is waiting around watching a screen for too long
right!? Please, somebody tell me I'm not being insane here!
