you mean if country spy about your action on internet I think this is hard because country have many people or million people in country if they are spy to everyperson on internet they need long time for spy, They maybe spying on people who are important to them.
It is better to keep what is important to you away from Internet. It is better to be more free, and even if they are spying, if you are confident in yourself and have nothing to worry about, why worry?
