The only reasoning Kacsmaryk has is "Pregnancy is not a disease so the FDA shouldn't regulate abortion and contraception" and singing songs from Sesame Street which any Gen X or Millennial can do.
Mifepristone is safe and if your body can't get pregnant, shut up about how to regulate it. Not that this would be any better from a judge with a uterus, but all of these rulings are coming from one particular judge who doesn't have one.
