Unless someone only have very light usage of the phone, they'll likely replace the Fairphone much sooner, maybe even in a couple years if they decide they care more about privacy and security or want current Android features as it falls further behind on updates. Manufacturing new devices in 2025 with an SoC from 2021 doesn't seem good for sustainability.
