I think the sentiment that best describes my experience of this century is the feeling that we watched as all the best opportunities for social, economic and environmental sustainability passed us by.

My faith in humans who hold the wealth and power to make change is diminished to near zero. My faith in the rest of us is pretty high but without the ability to make lasting change, we can only help each other.
