It most certainly is! And I am sure you are a lot healthier for it 🤗. I am happy for you on the animal-based choice. Ofcourse it is something you have to decide if it is too big a step for you, then what you are doing is problery really good too.
I really enjoyed cooking before as well. I wasn't a chef, but a home cook who loves cooking for my family and friends and nurish them well. When we went full carnivore I found other ways to challange my cooking skills and dishes than added flavors from plants. It is fun and challenging to try new cooking methodes and ways to change the flavor and texture of the meat with different methods of cooking. but it might not be enough for you and your profession 😊
