If they can easily afford private, day, or boarding school, they should not be subsidized. But even I agree that it's fucked up that rich neighborhoods get the richest PUBLIC schools. The entire ETHOS of PUBLIC SCHOOLING was to make education accessible to the poor and ignorant. But I am a 1920s-1930s commie american.",
