People who say Name & Shame abusive workplaces never named & shamed where it matters in their own workplaces, stood with victims, or have any clue what victims of workplace harassment & sexual abuse go through. Most wont work in that place so what does name & shame do except make victims extremely vulnerable. Will you be there to support them? If people in the companies I was assaulted spoke up with what they knew & witnessed, named & shamed then, stood with me, or helped after, I’d be better.
