it says the same shit over and over again, please explain yourself why you think VPNs are needed

I can do my part, VPNs don't actually solve any real problem, its snake oil by advertising companies that make quick bucks by selling bandwidth, it switches the trust from your ISP to the VPN company the only real use is to stream movies from other countries but people should just pirate at that point
