The last segment was a bit confused about how exactly language models are useful in sociolinguistic research (I'm sure there's a use, but it's not as they portrayed it in the end). Super disappointed, though, to see the piece illustrated with a synthetic image, even after Maiken Scott was talking about not wanting her work stolen to make such systems.
