I've been thinking a bit about what the quality difference between box cameras and a "real" camera like this is. I think overall I get more *consistently* better results because exposure can be set to just what it needs to be. A Brownie can give you some damn nice pictures, but you get a lot of over- and underexposed ones too (although going by guesswork and intuition can be fun, and when you get good at that, you can pull out the camera and make a picture a lot quicker than with a real camera where 3 different things need to be scientifically set).
