He may not be the next Vice President, but today I made Tim Walz’ tater tot hotdish anyway. I don’t eat turkey or bacon, so instead I used a plant-based fake chicken product, and a mushroom-based fake bacon product. Basically this dish is a green bean casserole, but it adds turkey and bacon, and the mushroom and onion béchamel gets cheese melted in it. And there are tater-tots. It’s overboard delicious.
