If the attack on the #WCF convoy was truly an accident, then there need to be resignations or demotions. Any chain of command that could allow an aid convoy, clearly labeled, in a demilitarized zone, on a schedule and route previously agreed to by the IDF, to be attacked is irreparably broken and everybody involved needs to go.
Or at least SOMEONE does.
If that doesn't happen, either it wasn't an accident, or #Israel doesn't give a fuck about killing aid workers.
