Psychotic Militant Bitch on Nostr: A week or two ago I came into work, redneck coworker I was relieving says "sorry but ...

A week or two ago I came into work, redneck coworker I was relieving says "sorry but this fucker is your problem" and points to this trucker parked at the wrong gate. She says he tried to enter a tiny employee parking lot with his eighteen wheeler before this nearly causing a car crash backing out onto the highway.

Trying to enter through the exit gate is not unusual, I've had people of all races do this. It is fine for him to come on in through the exit gate rather than back out on the highway again. Coworker says she needs him to move to leave anyway so she'll take care of it.

She drives down there, opens gate to leave, talks to him... he backs out on the highway.

She texts me "i am so sorry" then "🙉" as she waits for him to get out of the way so she can go home

I knew then I was about to deal with an imbecile but none of this could prepare me.

So rather than follow her instruction to come in through the exit gate he just heard exit gate and backed out. Comes from the nervous 16 year old school of driving, hard braking, hard accelerating, only without the caution such a driver would show. Another truck has to take the shoulder to avoid them. Honking from both.

Gets to the entrance gate. I know he's Somali despite the good English from his physiology, the narrow long face with the pointed chin. That's also the thing, we have some Eastern Europeans and Hispanics who speak awful English. This guy? Language barrier isn't an issue at all, he's fluent even.

He's just retarded.

I don't even bother correcting what he did and ask
"What have you got?"
"I don't know."
Pretty sure truckers are suppose to know what they have.
"Can you describe it?"
Stares at me.
"Can I see your paperwork?"
"Why?"
"... so I can see what you have."
"Why do you need to do that?"
"So I know what you have and where to send you."
"Oh." like some big revelation
I see what he has. They don't receive this over night when the shipping office is closed. I tell him as much.

Note how what I just told you is explanation enough. You don't need me to explain all the inner workings of how the facility I work at operates. That's all you need to know, they don't take it at midnight!

Him though? He needs this explained. Like a child. You might think it starts with 'why not?' oh no. No it doesn't.

"Who are they?"
I stare incredulously. "(Company Name)"
"Oh. Who in (Company Name)?"
"The higher ups."
"Who specifically?"
Recoil in pure rage, he asks another question
"Who do you work for?"
Fight the urge to be sarcastic. "(Company Name)"
"Oh. Why can't I unload?"
"No one is here to receive it."
"But there are other trucks."
"They have different things than you."
"Why them and not me?"
"These trucks have liquid tanks, raw materials. You have stuff that needs to be unloaded with a forklift."
"But I see forklifts."
I am done explaining to him.
"You'll need to come back in the morning."
"But the truck stop is full!"

This is a legitimate problem. Usually I will ask if a truck can stay over night, they can get in the way but not normally and the policy is not to let them stay overnight, but sometimes a shift manager will allow it. But my good will has just been burned through by curious George over here. I want him gone.

"You'll need to come back in the morning." Assertive bitch voice.

"BUT THE TRUCK STOP IS FULL!"

"Then park on the shoulder of the road." Restrained anger.

"That's not legal."

You've seen trucks parked on the shoulder before. It is. We have a back and forth. I am giving you an extremely shortened version of this conversation in general, just the highlights.

He leaves, I think it is over.

He parks in the exit gate. There's a little shoulder there, but still on property and he is partially blocking it.

I have to tell him to move.

"But I did what you asked."

I can't tell if stupid or contrarian, both not out of the question. Given he said it wasn't legal there is at least some contrarian in there.

"Not in the facility. Don't block a gate. LEAVE and come back in the morning."

He tries to "but" I just keep repeating that. Over and over. Talking over him. This is usually when a recording would start and I'd be added to a Karen compilation or something.

He leaves and parks on the shoulder of the highway just outside the entrance gate. But he isn't blocking anything, isn't on company property, not my problem anymore.

This was a week or so ago. The reason I bring it up is I just heard that later that morning while a forklift was unloading him he took off with the fork lift driver and all inside the truck. Fortunately he was going to go park where truckers go in the facility to do their breaks. After the forklift and its driver were allowed back out they told him to leave. He tried to argue. They threatened to call the police. He left and is banned from the property now.

Nigger fatigue is real but at least I never have to deal with this specific one again.
