The main thing is that Henhouse is one of many Ditto (nprofile…r5rp) servers. It's self-hosted software that we can use to host our own community in Nostr, including a relay+ the client (website).

The thing that makes it really work is when people sign up for a #Ditto server (including Henhouse) they can request a username (go to Settings -> Identity). Then in the "Henhouse" tab you can see everyone who is in this domain. (https://henhouse.social/timeline/local -> mostly just me rn lol). If you add a henhouse username, you will show up there too 😁
