let me see...
LN isn't a privacy solution (as we've covered ad nauseum),
Whirlpool coordinator is offline,
JM mixes have been unwound,
ecash compromises 1st principles (still fine for zaps!),
and paynym is just for receiver privacy
And I'll re-address the FUD again here, because you don't care to tell the truth...
If you do NOT run your own node AND connect to a node run by chain analysis WITHOUT going through a proxy, they of course get your IP number.
just like with Bitcoin.
if you then broadcast a tx through that node,
of course they know your IP is responsible for that broadcast.
None of Monero's other privacy features are compromised.
They do not know how much you are spending
they do not know where your payment is going,
they do not know which outputs were spent.
But if you use their (chain anal) node to broadcast (without connecting through proxy!) of course they see that that IP number is responsible for that broadcast.
just like with Bitcoin.
