I could probably make that library happen for less than 1k dollars. Most poor people don’t have nice things because they are unwilling to walk the road to get them, not because nice things inherently cost lots of money. All you need to turn literal garbage into a library like that are some extremely basic carpentry tools, wooden pallets or other scrapwood, ruined old furniture & a youtube connection.
That being said they’re almost certainly a worthless dreg upon society and debt relief for the poor should be founded in using her for medical experiments and paying dividends for the discoveries made by feeding her through the Organ Distorter seven or eight times and seeing what happens.
