Just disabled third-party cookies in both the browsers I use on my home PC.
It's almost embarrassing to admit, but I hadn't thought about third-party cookies for a long time. At one point when I was coding cookies, I thought I remembered there being a restriction — that you weren't actually permitted by the browser to load or access cookie data from other sites. Then there was talk of tracking pixels.
Now it feels like third-party cookies have been an open secret for about 20 years too long.
