Realistically, it's not a big difference as there's so little biomass. But they may unfairly treating biomass as no different than coal.
(the difference in % per kWh is probably taking into account the fact that biomass is hydrocarbons, so unlike coal, a significant % of the energy is coming from the burning of hydrogen)
