Got a puzzle for you tech-folk that had me freaking out this morn (I don't know the answer):
My pc was just had a windows update over night & I woke up to it booting up, but no signal to the monitor.
Through good old fashioned trial & error, I learned that it can now connect to every monitor via HDMI so long as there is another primary monitor connection in tandem, but not solo.
Also, it cannot connect to my beloved (albeit shitty) workhorse ViewEdge monitor via the PC's HDMI port, even as a secondary monitor. However, this monitor can work via its own HDMI, so long as it has a converter that connects it to the Displayport, VGA, USBC, or other non-HDMI display spots on the PC.
Just seems very vierd.
