"content": "my first exposure to that movie was when a group in university in the 90s setup a showing in one of the lecture halls and all these gen x's who were pretending to be boomers were dressing up and losing their shit and throwing bread or something. i didn't realize at the time that liking this movie meant you were a faggot, i just thought it was retarded. i didn't stay through the whole thing and i have never tried watching it since. i found it's cult fandom absolutely mystifying, until i realized they were all just faggots and this was some kind of bonding ritual because they have nothing but emptiness in their broken lives.",
