One key utility I'd humbly suggest to add to it, is a launch utility. There are plenty out there, and I've specifically heard good things about Alfred.
I've sticking with LaunchBar (npub1am8…58ep) for years now, though, because it represents the perfect balance between configurable and manageable (vs. Alfred's more extensive, yet sometimes overwhelming customizability).
