"content": "A small group of us developed over 15 years a plan for an orbital elevated light rail along the margins of the M25 (should be 10m) and other main arteries like M23, M1, M11, to connect the airports and railways. (8 stations are under or very close to M25) It was to be privately built \u0026 run. Funding also from development of nearby land like Metropolitan line. Was Gov interested? No. Only local authorities.",
