Nothing in my life feels real at the moment. I’m surfing the edge of panic all the time. Even my friends can’t really help me because texts to/from friends these days sometimes trigger more panic. Lol. This is the darkest place I’ve ever been in, mentally. I’m trying to find it fascinating rather than bleak but it’s not working. Anyway.
