Said to spouse-“I know you! My husband is your mailman! You study cicadas! Are you both with the uni?”
We said yes, told her where I work.
“I know you, too. I’m a grant officer and you’re on a grant we are trying to finish up.”
Oh god, I’d forgotten about that (minor player) There goes Christmas!
