The incentive to serve the YouTube algorithm is replaced with a deep inner knowing that the right people will find our content.
The incentive to ask for likes and subscribes is gone and replaced with trust that those who resonate most will naturally do it.
This feels so much more aligned with the way I have wanted to share online education since the beginning of my YouTube journey many years ago - I'm glad I took this step.
