1. A publicly-filed statement listing the values of every liquid & non-liquid asset and liability (real value, not his claims of "brand" or "goodwill" value), stating the basis of each value (appraisal, statement, etc)
2. Private filing containing all account numbers and corroborating statements/appraisals/etc.
