Preparing stuff for the evening meal an hour or so ago, bent down to the fridge to get the chicken out and something in my back went twang
Am now hobbling around like a 80-year-old unable to stand up straight and in a lot of pain every time I have to get my arse out of the chair
Am really hoping 2025 hasn't started teh way it means to go on 🤕
