I like to make sure I do a mix of things, games a tiny bit but not much, movies a little or TV, but not too much, very selective things. And then playing music in there too (for me). Or writing.

Projects are awesome too when I have time but I have these big crests where I do a ton and troughs where I do little to nothing. And I've been trying to train myself to be ok with all of that, to let it flow, not get annoyed with stuff, etc. Some days are gonna be rough, and to be easy on ourselves when it happens.
