I would argue this actually holds true moreso for anarchy than liberal democracy, whatever form it takes, because there's no hierarchy telling people what to do. The chaotic nature of anarchy is more of a consequence of how free it is, and it's not really a bad thing per se. Having been in a few anarchist collectives myself, I've seen first-hand how chaotic it can be and I appreciate it because it's in my view, an indicator that it's a space that respects the autonomy of those within it.
